Terms of Service & Prohibited Items

Please read before using ThaiFanShip. By submitting a parcel or request, you agree to these terms.

Prohibited items

We cannot accept, store, or ship the following items. Parcels found to contain prohibited items will be held and may be disposed of at your expense.

Weapons & explosives

Firearms, ammunition, bladed weapons, explosives, flares, fireworks

Dangerous goods

Flammable liquids, gases, aerosols, lithium batteries (standalone/uninstalled), corrosives, oxidisers, radioactive materials

Controlled substances

Illegal drugs, narcotics, prescription medication above personal-use quantities, drug paraphernalia

Counterfeit & pirated goods

Fake branded items, bootleg media, forged documents, unauthorised replicas

Live animals & perishables

Live animals, insects, plants, fresh or frozen food, items requiring refrigeration

Adult content

Pornographic material prohibited by destination country laws

Currency & financial instruments

Cash, precious metals (loose), negotiable instruments, lottery tickets

Hazardous chemicals

Pesticides, bleach, paint, industrial solvents, mercury-containing items

Restricted items (declaration required)

These items require accurate declaration and may need additional documentation. Do not undervalue or misdescribe.

·Electronics with lithium batteries installed (laptops, phones, cameras) — must be declared at full value
·Cosmetics, skincare, supplements — subject to destination customs rules
·Replica / model items — must be clearly described; we do not ship items that could be mistaken for real weapons
·Religious or culturally sensitive items — check destination country import rules

Terms of service

Parcel inspection

We photograph every parcel on arrival at no charge. We reserve the right to inspect contents to verify compliance with these terms. We do not open parcels unless there is a safety concern or customs requirement.

Proxy order service

When you submit a proxy order, ThaiFanShip acts as your purchasing agent. The quoted price is based on the item's listed price at the time of quoting and may differ slightly from the final purchase price due to seller pricing changes, currency fluctuations, or platform fees. We charge your invoice only after confirming the item is available and has been purchased. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and cancel the order without charging. Items that become unavailable after payment will be refunded in full.

Declared value & customs

You are responsible for accurate customs declarations. ThaiFanShip is not liable for customs duties, taxes, delays, or seizures resulting from misdeclaration. We will not falsify customs forms on your behalf.

Import taxes & duties

Prices shown on ThaiFanShip — including product prices and international shipping fees — do not include import taxes, customs duties, or VAT levied by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient and vary by country, declared value, and item type. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Currency and pricing

All prices on ThaiFanShip are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (THB). If you are paying from outside Thailand, your bank or card provider may apply additional currency conversion fees and exchange rates beyond our control. ThaiFanShip is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees.

Storage & unclaimed parcels

Storage is free for 45 days from the date we receive your parcel. After 45 days, a storage fee of ฿10/day per parcel applies. Parcels unclaimed after 120 days may be donated or disposed of after reasonable notice.

Account closure

If you close your account or ThaiFanShip terminates your account, any parcels held in our warehouse will be retained for up to 6 months. During this period you may request return shipping at your expense. After 6 months, parcels are handled under the unclaimed parcel policy above. Account closure does not affect paid shipments already in progress.

Handling & liability

ThaiFanShip handles parcels with care. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate original packaging, inherent fragility, carrier mishandling, or force majeure. We recommend upgrading to fandom packing for fragile collectibles.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiFanShip's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the shipping and handling fees paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages including loss of item value, resale opportunity, or sentimental loss.

Shipping delays

Shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Package size and weight limits

Maximum dimensions depend on the carrier selected. Thailand Post International (EMS, registered): max 30 kg, longest side ≤ 1.5 m, combined L+2W+2H ≤ 3 m. DHL Express: max 70 kg per piece, longest side ≤ 120 cm. FedEx International Priority: max 68 kg per piece. Oversized or overweight packages may incur carrier surcharges or be refused. Please confirm limits with us before consolidating very large shipments.

Prohibited item liability

If a parcel is found to contain prohibited items, all costs including return shipping, storage, fines, and disposal are the sender's responsibility. ThaiFanShip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Service availability

ThaiFanShip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Prepaid fees for unperformed services will be refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
